Return Eligibility

– Return window: Within 30 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition (excludes hygiene-sensitive products).
– You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:
– Sale items or custom orders
– Gift cards and digital products
– Opened skincare items for hygiene reasons

How to Request a Return

Step 1. Email us at info@skinvibesonly.com with:
   – Order number
   – Item(s) you wish to return
   – Reason for return

Step 2. You will receive return instructions within 48 hours. A prepaid return label may be provided if applicable.

Step 3. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

– If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours with photos at info@skinvibesonly.com.
– We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement promptly.

Refunds

– Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
– Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
