We hope you love your Skin Vibes Only experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict returns policy to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and customer safety.
Eligibility for Returns
In line with UK and EU consumer law, you may return sealed, unused products in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products.
Returns are only accepted if:
– The item arrived damaged or defective
– You received the wrong product
– The product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition
– You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
– Opened or unsealed products
– Items that have been used or tested
– Sale, sample, or promotional items
– Products returned after 14 days
This policy ensures product safety and integrity for all our customers.
Refund Process
If your return is approved:
– Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
– Refunds are processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned item
– Your bank may take up to 10 working days to reflect the refund
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@skinvibesonly.com.
Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@skinvibesonly.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your full name, order number, and reason for return
- Do not send anything back without contacting us first – unauthorised returns will not be accepted
